Service page rework

Made the service details page prettier by:

  • formatting date and time according to the hungarian standard
  • putting date and time to the right side and making them responsive
  • making service details responsive
  • changing edit and delete button strings to icons
  • adding a history order toggle button which sorts history by date and time
